About the Rossiter Workout


Why is it a workout?


Well, truth of the matter is ~ it’s work!   You are an active participant in the release of the connective tissue and you are always in charge and control.  I’m your coach and the person who wants you to feel better as much as you do!!!!    Depending on where your pain is, we can do different types of release.  I hold down the connective tissue with my foot ~  beautifully encased in a clean sock ~ and you move slowly  in very specific movements while I coach you.  You will feel like you are working HARD, but for the short time it takes, the benefits are AMAZING.  Each time we do a session together, connective tissue all over your body responds to the release ~ in places you didn’t know were sore, and it all just gets better and better and better.  Rossiter is preventative, too.





"Pain free-Yeah! woW, wOW, WOW!

I have had chronic pain from my left hip down to the outside of my left knee for 6 years. As a hairstylist, I am on my feet. The longer I stood, the worse the pain would get. After my first session with Jill, the pain between the hip and knee was gone. After the second session, my massage therapist was "in awe" (her words) over the looseness in my leg and back (Jill also did some shoulder work on me). Four sessions and I am pain free in my leg and hip for the first time in 6 YEARS!   I feel stronger, lighter, and more balanced all over. "What can I say about Balance Rossiter?  Well, I’m not sure I would be teaching classes again without it or even have my normal range of motion.  As a fitness instructor, much less any active individual, it can be near torture to not be able to move and do the things you want to do.  When I injured my SI joint, I was borderline immobile from the pain.  With chiropractic care, I felt some measure of relief but nowhere near recovery.  I was to the point where I would try anything.  One visit with Jill and the Rossiter workout, I was closest to pain-free since my injury.  After roughly four visits with Jill, I was able to exercise again, teach classes the following week and now am pain free.  In my experience, Rossiter helped me turn-the-corner from injury to healing.  If you have any kind of pain or “stickiness”, I highly recommend Rossiter.  All I can say is:  Just try it once.  You’ll be glad you let Jill walk all over you…I sure am!!!"

"I was suffering from lower back pain that just didn’t seem to want to go away and it kept getting worse. This back pain was causing me so much discomfort that I could barely walk. This kept me from doing my daily classes at the RAC. I was then referred to Jill to try Rossiter. After my first session with Jill, I could stand up straight and walk further without pain. After my second and third appointments I actually feel better than I did prior to the back pain.
